The Philadelphia Fanback is a nice match to the Serpentine Arm comb-back. As most side chairs it is not as dramatic as the arm chair but still has a lovely stance and a generous seat. The legs are particularly nice as opposed to many period Windsor chairs which can be clunky. The hindsight of 200 years allows us to copy the best examples eighteenth century Windsor chair making.
