The Master’s Chair is a supreme example of the chairmakers art. The shield shaped seat is dramatically shaped over boldly turned legs. The three piece arm terminates in deeply carved knuckles with scrolled sides. The bulb spindles gracefully flare to the bow and the volute carved comb is worn like a crown.
