A match to either the Bonnet-top Highboy or Flat-top Highboy, The Litchfield Lowboy is among the best examples of a Connecticut Lowboy we have ever seen. It features graceful cabriole legs that end in perfectly formed pad feet. The shell carving has both concave and convex elements which is unique to Connecticut. All in all a spectacular piece of pure early American design.
