Sometimes the simplest design is best. With relatively little decoration other than the exquisitely hand carved shell this chest is one of best and most classic pieces we make. Scale and proportion is everything in design and this piece is perfect.

Since we bewnchmake every piece it is possible to request some customization. We are willing to alter pieces as long as the changes are appropriate. In this case a customer wanted an Ogee base instead of the straight bracket. It is in interesting, notice that the chest with the ogee appears shorter and wider even though the case is the same dimension.
